It breaths it’s hop fires of mighty Cascade and East Kent Golding to give a floral

sky with deep amber.

Usually, when you hear the style Pilsner, you think about the
Czech or German styles that made the beer so popular. While we took
inspiration from brewing that style, we used 100% American-grown
/produced ingredients. Pilsner and Carapils malts grown in
Wyoming, Super Saazer hops grown in Michigan, pure Chicago water, and
Pilsner yeast is cultivated by our local friends at Omega Yeast Labs. Let this
Bird of Prey fly free.

Users beware: this Double IPA is as dangerous as it is
delicious… Let’s just say it’s not an ideal beer to drink if you must go back
to work. This old school Double IPA was double dry hopped with Mosaic,
Galaxy and Cashmere provide a bouquet of floral notes. With a medium
body, the malt comes through at first, and then the hops take over, leading
to a bitter and dry finish. Drinking this beer should bring you back to the
early 2000s when IPAs were really starting to emerge on the beer scene.
